Privacy policy

IUXTA AS (org. no. NO 937 062 389, Ødegårdslia 47, 3470 Slemmestad, post@iuxta.no) is the data controller for personal data processed when you visit this website, contact us or are a customer, prospect, supplier or partner.

What we process

Identification and work-related data (name, email, phone, employer, role), technical data in web-server logs (IP address, browser) kept for up to 30 days for operations and security, communication with us, and contract and billing data where relevant.

Contact form, booking and registration

Data you send through the contact form is emailed to post@iuxta.no and not stored on the web server. Meeting booking uses Microsoft Bookings and event registration uses Microsoft Forms, both within IUXTA's Microsoft 365 environment. The data is used only to answer your enquiry, arrange the meeting or manage the event.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch the font files. No other third party receives data when you visit.

Legal basis, sharing, retention and your rights

Processing rests on consent, contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6). We share data only with processors needed to deliver our services, under data processing agreements (art. 28), and transfer data outside the EU/EEA only under GDPR chapter V. Data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose or required by law. You have the rights in GDPR chapter III (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
